Corporate merchandise for your clients — without your own warehouse

You design campaigns, events and onboarding kits. We produce the matching promo items — from a single order for a pitch up to a 500-unit delivery for the client event. Multi-tenant, clean billing, fast.

Who is this for?

Agencies work with hard deadlines and shifting client requirements. 20 engraved gift boxes for an investor pitch by Friday, 500 giveaways for a client event with three weeks' lead time, ongoing onboarding kits for client employees. PrintHub is built for this: we produce without minimums, handle single orders as reliably as bulk runs, and let you bill separately per client project. Merchandising requests become real revenue instead of logistical nightmares.

Challenges

What often slows Agencies down

Fast turnaround for client projects

The client asks Monday for giveaway sets for the event on Friday. Traditional promo suppliers with 3–4 weeks lead time are out — you need partners who deliver within days, even on small quantities.

Single orders as reliable as bulk

Some client projects need 5 premium-packaged gifts for key accounts, others 500 giveaways for an event. A supplier who handles both professionally is hard to find — we are built for both.

Clean invoice separation per client

If you get a single invoice for three client projects, you have an afternoon of accounting instead of a project. Clean separation per client or cost center is a must-have for you — not a nice-to-have.

Briefings and approvals have to run structured

Client approvals on print designs, internal QA, final correction loop — all of this has to be traceable in one system, not as email ping-pong with three attachments.

How PrintHub solves it

Tailored for Agencies

No minimum quantity, even for single pieces

Whether 1 or 1,000 pieces — we produce with the same quality and priority. Ideal for pitch prep, exclusive gifts or the CEO's Christmas presents for fewer than 5 recipients.

Multi-tenant account with sub-accounts per client

Create separate projects or sub-accounts per client in the partner dashboard. Each project has its own products, designs, access — and its own billing view you can share with your client.

Separate billing per client project

Monthly consolidated invoice split per client or cost center. That way you pass clean evidence to controlling and clients — without manual Excel splits.

Approval workflow with sample prints

For larger orders we produce a physical sample print that you send to the client for approval. Only after a written go do we produce the main run — zero risk on color or placement.

Use cases

Concrete scenarios

How Agencies use PrintHub in practice.

  1. 01

    Event giveaways for client launches

Your client launches a new product at a trade show. You design the giveaway concept (mug with QR code to the video, notebook with launch claim); we produce the needed quantity and deliver by the show date.

  2. 02

    Onboarding kits for new customers

A SaaS client of yours wants to wow new customers with a welcome kit: notebook, mug, engraved gift box, stickers in a premium box. We produce on demand as soon as a new customer is created in the CRM — triggered directly via API.

  3. 03

Corporate gifts for Christmas and year-end

Classic seasonal work: 300 key accounts receive a personalized gift. You design the artwork and contents; we produce and ship directly to recipient addresses — with a personalized greeting card per recipient.

  4. 04

    Pitch prep with tailored merch

You walk into a major pitch and bring a client-specific product set instead of standard giveaways. 5 pieces, produced in 3 days, pitch won — that's the leverage we enable.

Frequently asked

What Agencies often ask

Can we create sub-accounts per client project?
Yes. In the partner dashboard you can create any number of projects or sub-accounts, each with its own products, designs and optionally its own access for client reviewers. Billing follows the project structure.
How fast are rush orders?
Standard lead time is 3–5 business days from order approval; rush orders run 1–2 business days plus DHL Express. From certain volumes we align beforehand to make sure we hit the deadline — full transparency, no bad surprises.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes — from 100 units you get volume discounts. For recurring client orders we can negotiate master agreements with individual terms — raise it in the intro call.
Can you ship directly to end recipients (e.g. employee onboarding)?
Yes. We ship to any address in the DACH region and further EU countries. Via API you can feed recipient lists — each parcel then goes directly to the end recipient, optionally including a personalized greeting card.
