Your designs. Our production.

Focus on designing — we handle everything downstream: high-resolution photo printing, unlimited variants, no warehouse. Your portfolio becomes a product line without you becoming a logistics operator.

Who is this for?

Illustrators and graphic designers face a dilemma: monetize their work without giving up the actual creative craft. Many hesitate to step into the product world because it immediately sounds like warehousing, packing, shipping and accounting — everything that is not design. PrintHub solves the problem structurally: you upload your artwork, we print it on posters, mugs, notebooks or memory boxes as soon as someone buys. No container in Hamburg, no packing machine, no ERP system — just your desk and your Wacom.

Challenges

What often slows Designers & Illustrators down

Focus on creative work, not on production

You became an illustrator to illustrate. Every hour on shipping labels, printer questions or supplier negotiations is an hour less on the tablet — and it kills motivation.

Print quality has to reproduce colors faithfully

Your color palettes are your signature. If a poster arrives with washed-out color or a mug with a pixelated print, the artistic reputation you built for years breaks.

Managing many collections in parallel

Illustrators often work on 3–5 series at once — animal illustrations, typography posters, seasonal pieces, custom commissions. With warehousing you would need to produce minimum quantities of each design before knowing which one sells.

Etsy, own shop, agency commissions — different channels

You don't sell through a single channel. Etsy for artist editions, your own shop for signature works, occasional agency commissions with licensing deals. Each channel needs its own logistics — hard to coordinate out of one warehouse.

How PrintHub solves it

Tailored for Designers & Illustrators

Fully outsourced production

You upload design files, position them on our product templates, define variants (size, color) — and everything runs at our end from there. Each order is printed and shipped individually.

High-resolution photo printing

DTG textile printing, sublimation on mugs, photo-paper printing on posters and art prints. Every process is optimized for faithful color reproduction — we provide sample prints so you can adjust colors before a design goes live.

Unlimited variants without inventory

You can have 200 designs in the store at once, each in 3 sizes and 5 colors — without paying for a single square meter of warehouse space. Only when someone orders do we produce.

Multiple channels, one backend

Use your own Shopify, run Etsy in parallel via our integration and push agency direct-orders through our API. Every order converges in the same partner dashboard.

Use cases

Concrete scenarios

How Designers & Illustrators use PrintHub in practice.

  1. 01

Your own online shop with designs

A clean Shopify store with your signature artwork across 5–6 product categories. Posters for collectors, mugs for casual buyers, notebooks as an entry product — all with a consistent visual language.

  2. 02

    Artist editions on Etsy

Limited art-print series, numbered, sold on Etsy. We print on premium photo paper; you can sign physically before packing or digitally in the file — we work it out case by case.

  3. 03

    Collaborations with brands

A fashion brand wants your illustration on shirts — or a furniture maker wants your patterns on poster inserts. We produce directly to the collaboration's end customers while you retain license and creative control.

  4. 04

Commission work with a physical output

A client commissions a custom illustration and wants it delivered as a poster plus mug. You create, upload the final file to your PrintHub dashboard, send the shipping address — we deliver directly.

Frequently asked

What Designers & Illustrators often ask

At what resolution do I upload my designs?
For textile printing we recommend at least 300 DPI in the print area; for posters and art prints 300–600 DPI depending on format. We check every upload and report back if resolution is critical — before a customer receives a blurry print.
How accurate are colors on the printed product?
We work on calibrated equipment and recommend a proof print for color-critical work before going live. We don't auto-convert CMYK files — you control color management, we produce exactly to spec.
Do I keep the rights to my designs?
Absolutely. You keep all copyright and usage rights. We print exclusively within the production orders you give us — no secondary use, no archive usage rights.
How do signed artist editions work?
Two paths: we print unsigned and you sign at home before shipping back — or the signature is part of the digital design. Both are possible; the second option scales better.
